DANIEL GREENFIELD: OBAMA LEAKS HIS OWN WAR

http://frontpagemag.com/2013/dgreenfield/obama-leaks-his-own-war/print/ As the first drops of a cool afternoon rain begin to fall from the sky, the administration that has been described as the most ruthlessly zealous in pursuit of whistleblowers is showering down its own rain of leaks about the upcoming attack on Syria. Stand outside the New York Times building with a bucket […]

Obama Crosses ‘Red Line’ by Supporting Jihadi Terrorism: Raymond Ibrahim

http://frontpagemag.com/2013/raymond-ibrahim/obama-crosses-red-line-by-supporting-jihadi-terrorism/

By now it should be obvious that whenever the U.S. interferes in another nation’s politics in the name of “human rights,” that that is only a pretext. So it is in Syria, as Obama prepares to plunge America in a war with that nation, and, inevitably, its allies. The United States’ stated reason for intervention, as articulated by John Kerry, is that Syrian President Assad used chemical weapons on the rebels, many of whom are jihadis — including terrorists, rapists, and cannibals – and thus violated their human rights.

Kerry is certainly consistent. Earlier he worried about the “human rights” of Nigeria’s genocidal Islamic terrorists, Boko Haram, while ignoring their victims — thousands of slaughtered Christians and destroyed churches.

And this is the point: when the human rights of others, such as Christian minorities, are being grossly violated — specifically by the Islamists and jihadis that Obama has enabled and empowered, in Libya, Syria, Egypt, and elsewhere — then there is no U.S. talk of intervention. Indeed, there’s’ hardly any talk at all, sometimes not even perfunctory condemnation. Other times, the White House makes jokes about Muslim persecution of Christians, for example, concerning the recent spate of church attacks in Egypt.

It is therefore unsurprising that Obama is ignoring the fact that there is strong evidence, including from the victims themselves, that gas attacks in Syria are the work of al-Qaeda-linked terrorists. After all, who used chemical weapons on who is irrelevant to the U.S president. Based on pattern and precedent, what matters is apparently finding an excuse to support the jihadis.

Egypt: Preacher for Martyrdom Caught Hiding Under Woman’s Niqab by Ashraf Ramelah

http://www.familysecuritymatters.org/publications/detail/egypt-preacher-for-martyrdom-caught-hiding-under-womans-niqab   Sacrifices have been great in Egypt’s unrest, but Egypt’s military has made certain it is not in vain. So far the military, guided by the pro-democracy coalition, has had significant successes to chalk up to freedom efforts. In its aim to dismantle the Muslim Brotherhood, the army has arrested and jailed a number […]

Final Flight: WASP Katherine Willinger by Nancy Parrish

http://www.familysecuritymatters.org/publications/detail/final-flight-wasp-katherine-willinger?f=puball

Katherine Willinger was born in The Bronx, NYC, on July 12, 1919 and spent much of her life in the city she loved.

In 1943, she learned of the experimental flying training program for women pilots, applied, and became one of 108 young women who paid their way to Sweetwater, Texas to enter the training class of 44-W-8 to become Women Airforce Service Pilots.

After successfully completing over seven months of Army Air Force flight training, she and 48 classmates graduated in October of 1944 and received their silver WASP wings. They were then stationed at different air fields and air bases across America.

Katherine was stationed at Goodfellow Field in San Angelo, Texas. At Goodfellow she flew At-6’s, BT-13’s and PT-19’s as part of the flight training given the aviation cadets stationed at the 2533rd Base Unit.

On 20 December 1944, the WASP were disbanded. As Katherine later wrote, “After deactivation, I returned home, put flying behind me, and went into the world of business.” She tackled her new challenges just as she had those as a WASP, becoming the first woman president in the business of manufacturing photograph record albums.

Her client list included Angel Records, Capitol Records and Decca, among others. She considered the work challenging, as well as rewarding. In 1970, Katherine sold her company and traveled the world.

The Al Dura Case: White Hats, Black Hats, and Dunce Caps by RAEL JEAN ISAAC ****

http://www.familysecuritymatters.org/publications/detail/the-al-dura-case-white-hats-black-hats-and-dunce-caps?f=puball The supposed death of 12 year old Mohammed Al Dura on September 30, 2000, captured in the famous video that showed him clinging to his father in terror at the Netzarim junction in the Gaza Strip as Israeli soldiers shot them both, has become the enduring image of the Second Intifada launched by Arafat–which […]

CIRQUE DU JIHAD: KAREN McKAY

http://www.familysecuritymatters.org/publications/detail/cirque-du-jihad The bizarre jihadist circus that just closed at Fort Hood, Texas, has been a carbuncle on the American body politic that exposes the underlying disease, “Political Correctness,” commonly referred to as “PC.” When US Army Major Nidal Malik Hasan, whose business card identified him as a “Soldier of Allah,” opened fire on unarmed soldiers […]

DANIEL GREENFIELD: OBAMA GETS HIS WAR ON ****

http://sultanknish.blogspot.com/ Yesterday the media was too busy drowning the country in the spectacle of the antics of a former Disney starlet at the Video Music Awards for a cable channel that no longer does music videos to report on the antics of a former community organizer who was busy sketching out plans for an illegal […]

J. CHRISTIAN ADAMS: “WHITE BITCH” BRUTALLY BEATEN IN PITTSBURGH- PAGING ERIC HOLDER

http://pjmedia.com/tatler/2013/08/28/white-bitch-brutally-beaten-in-pittsburgh-paging-eric-holder/

Ginger Slepski was driving through Pittsburgh’s North Side when a group of black teens threw things at her car. She got out and asked them “what is your problem?”

Then they proceeded to beat her senseless, calling her a “white bitch” and other racial slurs. WPXI has the video and the story.

So where is Eric Holder? Where is Jocelyn Samuels (jocelyn.samuels@usdoj.gov), the replacement for Assistant Attorney General Tom Perez who could prosecute this crime under federal civil rights laws?

Remember those? Those are the ones Eric Holder made a point to mention at the NAACP convention in Orlando, blustering that he might prosecute the acquitted George Zimmerman.

Well here’s an easy case, Eric. It won’t be too hard to prove a violation of 18 USC 249 or 18 USC 245 in this context. No outrageous self-defense defenses here.

But like in all the other similar cases you refuse to prosecute, the victim here wasn’t one of “your people.” Ginger’s parents didn’t endure the sort of garbage that your wife’s parents did down south. So she isn’t entitled to equal protection of the law, right?

Make no mistake, Ginger isn’t the only victim who won’t get justice from Justice just because of her race. Neither will the parents who were beaten at the Wisconsin State Fair. Nor will the parents in Ohio who saw thugs come on their lawn shouting racial slurs before they beat them.

We get it, Eric. You can tell your friends at the Washington Post and New York Times that your Justice Department doesn’t discriminate because of the race of the victim, but we know the truth. We know that you treat some Americans as second-class citizens. And for that, you are more like one of the old segregationists than the crusader for justice you think you are.

VICTOR DAVIS HANSON: ISRAELI SPRING- AN ATOLL OF PROSPERITY

http://www.nationalreview.com/article/357011/israeli-spring-victor-davis-hanson Israel’s enemies are doing more damage to each other than Israel ever could. srael could be forgiven for having a siege mentality — given that at any moment, old frontline enemies Syria and Egypt might spill their violence over common borders. The Arab Spring has thrown Israel’s once-predictable adversaries into the chaotic state of […]
