VIN IENCO:WHY CONTINUE TO PANDER TO ISLAM?

Geert Wilders published an article entitled ‘A Warning To America’ in the Brussels Journal on the 13th of May this year. In the article he says, ‘Our Judeo-Christian Western culture is far better and far superior to the Islamic culture. We must be proud to say so’!
It begs the question, why then do our Governments and corporations continue to pander and ‘kow-tow’ to the needs of the 7th century thinkers? Regardless of where we look in the media today, time and again our culture and our values are being eroded. One example of a corporation putting profit before people and common sense is Delta Airlines. They snuggled up with Saudi Arabia in a grouping of corporate partners called the SkyTeam Alliance.
The birthplace of Islam has a long history of restricting Jews and other non Muslims from its soil. The alliance means that even if you have an Israeli stamp on your passport, you are forbidden to enter. Quite simply, if you are a Jew or you have visited Israel and you are not a Muslim, then you are not welcome in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Delta strongly denied they were discriminating and said they are merely abiding by the visa requirements of Saudi Arabia, as they do with all countries they service. Delta spokesman Trebor Banstetter shared the ‘non-discrimination’ policy in comments posted on their blog:
“We’ve gotten questions today from you, our concerned customers, following an article about Saudi Arabian Airlines joining SkyTeam (the global airline alliance that includes Delta as a member). After listening to many of your thoughts today, we’d like to take this opportunity to share some information and help to clarify some of the questions we know you have.
First and foremost, I think one of the most important things to mention here is that Delta does not discriminate nor do we condone discrimination against anyone in regards to age, race, nationality, religion, or gender”.
On June 20th, it was quietly reported that the Government of Britain appointed Mohammed Shokat as the UK special envoy to the 57-member Organization of Islamic Co-operation. A British Embassy Spokesmen speaking from Riyadh said that Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu, the OIC secretary-general, held talks with British Prime Minister David Cameron and Foreign Minister William Hague.
The focus was on promoting OIC-UK cooperation to discuss building understanding and community relationships between Christians and Britain’s estimated 2.5 million Muslims. The OIC attended on invitation of Muslim Baroness Sayeeda Warsi. Inshanoglu also met with the out-spoken and often controversial Archbishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams.
Barely a week later, Australia followed suit as Foreign Minister Kevin Rudd announced that he would also be sending an envoy to the OIC. He appointed businessmen Ahmed Fahour, chairman of the Council for Arab Australia Relations. Mr. Rudd said that Fahour would work to deepen Australia’s engagement with OIC countries and the OIC agenda.
The 57-Member OIC is often referred to as the Muslim UN and its ranks second in size to the United Nations. So what exactly is the agenda of the OIC? Here are a few paragraphs from the OIC charter:
“To promote human rights and fundamental freedoms, good governance, rule of law, democracy and accountability in Member States in accordance with their constitutional and legal systems”:
Qur’an (63:8) – “…might (power) belongeth to Allah and to His messenger and to the believers;”
Sayyid Qutb: “It is Allah and not man who rules. Allah is the source of all authority, including legitimate political authority. Virtue, not freedom, is the highest value. Therefore, Allah’s law, not man’s, should govern the society.”
“To support the struggle of the Palestinian people, who are presently under foreign occupation, and to empower them to attain their inalienable rights, including the right to self-determination, and to establish their sovereign state with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its capital, while safeguarding its historic and Islamic character and the holy places therein”:
In supporting the agenda of the OIC, both Rudd and Cameron deny archaeological, historical, theological and legal evidence, proving the Jews have at least a 3200 year link to the land of Israel. Not a mere 1400 years of Islamic history or a 60 year history of the ‘Palestinians’
“To protect and defend the true image of Islam, to combat defamation of Islam and encourage dialogue among civilizations and religions”:
‘Islamophobe’, ‘bigot’, ‘racist’ and ‘hater’ are just some of the many words that are used by Muslims and their mouthpieces like the OIC and the Council on American-Islamic Relations in an attempt to silence the critics of Islam. They expect that heinous crimes like 9/11, 7/7, Madrid and Mumbai be swept under the carpet and remain unchallenged. Likewise with the daily Jihad counter, that shows over 17400 separate terrorist attacks since 9/11, resulting in over 110,000 deaths.
We are supposed to conveniently ignore female genital mutilation, slavery, the subjugation of women and non-Muslims minorities in Muslim-majority countries. We are not supposed to be outraged about the almost-weekly arrests by some ‘home grown’ Muslim Jihadi or the never ending reports of rape or child marriages or abuse, while our leaders ask us tobe tolerant and embrace multiculturalism.
Most free people would be offended by a world-conquering political system that is conveniently wrapped up in a violent and intolerant religion, though our amoral leaders and money-grubbing corporations are not.
