Covert Covid Contact tracing America’s “medical CIA” and the white coat supremacists of the Deep State. Lloyd Billingsley

“Is the Chinese government leveling with you? Are they telling you the truth?  Have they given you the straight dope, so to speak, as to what you need to know about the coronavirus?”

That was Craig Fiegener, a reporter with KNX radio in Los Angeles, in a February 25 telebriefing update on COVID-19 hosted by Dr. Nancy Messonnier, Director of the CDC’s National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD).

“In terms of the Chinese government,” Messonnier responded, “there has been a WHO team on the ground in China as well in Wuhan.  There are data coming out from those efforts.  We have a lot of information from China.” Reporters would not get any of that information, and they had good cause to wonder about Dr. Messonnier, who received her MD from the University of Chicago.

As the CDC explains, Messonnier began her career with the CDC in 1995 as “an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer in the Deputy Director for Infectious Diseases (DDID).” Messonnier’s EIS connection was not publicly announced, and the EIS was also missing from the CDC organizational chart, along with its budget and the name of the official who runs it.

As Diana Robeletto Scalera of the CDC Foundation explains, the EIS “works day and night domestically and globally to ensure epidemics in other countries do not hit American soil.” This same EIS failed to prevent the Wuhan virus from hitting American soil. No identified EIS veteran has publicly explained the failure, so Americans have a right to wonder. They can find insight from UC Berkeley molecular and cell biologist Peter Duesberg, and his inside knowledge of the government-medical complex

“The focus of this elite unit was on activism rather than research,” Duesberg explains in his magisterial Inventing the AIDS Virus, and EIS alumni are CDC loyalists who “permanently act as its eyes and ears.” The EIS symbol is a shoe sole with a hole worn through, but for insiders it is the “medical CIA.” EIS sleuths work in the CDC and other government agencies, with some logging on with the World Health Organization. Others wind up in the media, including Lawrence Altman at the New York Times, and Bruce Dan with ABC News and later the Journal of the American Medical Association.

The EIS affiliation is seldom if ever revealed, and as Duesberg notes, not only do EIS members “constitute an informal surveillance network, but they can act as unrecognized advocates for the CDC viewpoint, whether as media journalists or as prominent physicians.” Apply that perspective to the current pandemic.

The CDC’s Nancy Messonnier, an EIS veteran, eagerly defers to the World Health Organization, from the outset of the pandemic a faithful mouthpiece for China. Dr. Messonnier does not account for EIS failure to block the Wuhan virus from hitting American soil. Embattled Americans have a right to wonder if the EIS might have looked the other way, and this is hardly the only concern.

“Dr. Fauci Backed Controversial Wuhan Lab with U.S. Dollars for Risky Coronavirus Research,” headlined an April 28 Newsweek report by Fred Guterl. In 2019, “the National Institutes of Health committed $3.7 million over six years for research that included some gain-of-function work. The program followed another $3.7 million, 5-year project for collecting and studying bat coronaviruses, which ended in 2019, bringing the total to $7.4 million.”

The “gain of function” work involves “manipulating viruses in the lab to explore their potential for infecting humans, because it creates a risk of starting a pandemic from accidental release.” Prominent scientists have criticized this work, which the Obama administration shut down in 2014. The NIH ended the moratorium and in 2017 continued gain-of-function research, with reviews, as Guterl noted, “conducted in secret.” The Wuhan lab in Communist China was an ideal place to avoid scrutiny from skeptical American scientists. NIAID boss Anthony Fauci knew that when he backed funding for Wuhan from U.S. taxpayers, and Dr. Fauci did not respond to Newsweek’s request for comment.

When asked whether China had been forthcoming about the scope of the pandemic, Angelo Codevilla noted, Fauci was deliberately deceptive. So was the CDC’s Nancy Messonnier, when asked the same question.

After the Feb. 25 briefing, the Biden campaign claimed the Trump administration silenced Messonnier. She duly led two more CDC briefings in February and five in March, so that claim was untrue. On the other hand, it did indicate that Messonnier is the mouthpiece Biden wants. Biden also proclaims that if elected, “I’ll immediately reach out to Dr. Fauci and ask him to continue his incredible service to our country.”

Fauci abounds with praise for China and WHO boss Tedros, a faithful PRC mouthpiece. Epidemic Intelligence Service veteran Dr. Nancy Messonnier is evasive about China, defers to the WHO, and maintains dead silence on the vaunted “medical CIA” that failed to prevent the coronavirus from arriving in America.  This deserves a full-blown investigation but some realities remain clear.

Those authoritative white lab coats are also effective at covering up the truth government bureaucrats want to hide. White coat supremacy is a systemic, institutional problem.
