MY SAY: HOW TO CHOOSE AMONG THOSE “THEME” CRUISES

I’ve been “invited” as a paying passenger on so many cruises….but I’ve decided to pass up those featuring conservative pundits and celebrities. Instead I’m organizing  cruises to some interesting countries. I can’t fly Deltallah Airlines so connecting flights are out.

In Asia,  itineraries would include the following chic hot spots: Azerbainjan, Bhutan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Laos and Mongolia.

In Europe:Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Czech Republic, Hungary, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Moldova, Serbia,Slovakia and Serbia.

And in South America Paraguay and Bolivia.

I’m skipping Africa this year because things are dicey but in the future we could sail to Botswana, Burkino Faso, Burundi, Central African Republic, Chad, Ethiopia, Lesotho, Malawi, Niger Swaziland, Rwanda, Uganda, Swaziland, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

So what do these ports have in common? They are landlocked and thus far not included in any cruise itineraries…no coast, no water, no ports…no access. But, no worry. I have asked Israel’s help. If they can make Gaza and the West Bank contiguous through what they call “creative steps” then cruising to those ports should be no problem.
