Covid: It’s like smallpox! Alan Dershowitz says you must take the vaccine!! Or else! Diane Bederman
Remember when we were told 18 months ago that we needed a lockdown to flatten the curve for fear the medical establishment would be overwhelmed? And remember we were just told we must take the vaccine or the medical establishment would be overwhelmed? This is the science? No one should be lockdown or coerced, if not forced, to take an experimental vaccine because of a failing health care system.
Seems We the People are not entitled to know everything there is about the Covid vaccine and side effects. If those promoting mandatory vaccination are so sure of themselves, why is there so much censorship of those with differing opinions? Science by definition calls for the asking of questions. How do we know who is right or wrong if we cannot read all views? Have we in the West become that stupid that we need our government to tell us right from wrong via social media censorship?
The editor-in-chief, Julian Reichelt, of Germany’s top newspaper Bild has apologized for the news outlet’s fear-driven coverage of COVID, specifically to children who were told “that they were going to murder their grandma.”
“When a state steals the rights of a child, it must prove that by doing so it protects him against concrete and imminent danger. This proof has never been provided. It has been replaced by propaganda presenting the child as a vector of the pandemic.”
Julian Reichelt noted how moderate voices who attempted to offer calmer perspectives on the pandemic “were never invited to the expert table” and urged viewers “don’t believe this lie,” when encountering alarmist proclamations from the government.
Thankfully, a large team of more than 1,000 lawyers and more than 10,000 medical experts, led by Dr. Reiner Fuellmich, has initiated legal proceedings against the CDC, WHO and the Davos Group for crimes against humanity regarding the mRNA gene therapy vaccine for Covid 19.
But, we must take the experimental vaccine, (one created in less than 10 months and not tested on animals prior to the jab being made mandatory). So says his honour Alan Dershowitz.
Dershowitz said:
“I know I have the right to get on an airplane and know that everybody on that airplane has been vaccinated or tested. You may have the right not to get vaccinated, but you have no right to spread the disease to me even if you won’t kill me. Even if you won’t kill me, I don’t want long-term effects.”
Alan Dershowitz cares about everyone’s freedom unless their freedom may cause him some inconvenience! Deshowitz, another sanctimonious, self-serving, self-righteous Liberal turning away from freedom for all for fear of catching Covid, on a plane, wearing a mask! He fights for freedom unless he fears for himself.
Everyone in America has a right to a defence unless their freedom interferes with Dersh. This is the man who helped negotiate a plea bargain for Jeffrey Epstein, the pedophile, and defended OJ whom he knew was guilty after looking at all the evidence. He is a member of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), yet, when it comes to Covid, the evidence is not so important.
How dare any one get on a plane without a vaccine! It’s not as if the vaccinated are safe to be around. Vaccinated people are sharing Delta and getting Delta. Perhaps they should wear masks to protect the unvaccinated!
There was a breakout of Covid in Massachusetts amongst the vaccinated.
Of the 469 cases detected in Barnstable County, 74 percent occurred among the fully vaccinated, according to a new study published on Friday. The bulk of the infected people did not require hospital care, but among the five that did, four were fully vaccinated. CDC officials announced that even vaccinated persons should wear masks indoors, an abrupt shift from under three months ago. Initial data—chain reaction cycle threshold values from some of the specimens—indicate that the viral load of the vaccinated and unvaccinated cases are similar, researchers said. The data demonstrate “that Delta infection resulted in similarly high SARS-CoV-2 viral loads in vaccinated and unvaccinated people,” Dr. Rochelle Walensky, the CDC’s director, said in a statement on Friday.
“High viral loads suggest an increased risk of transmission and raised concern that, unlike with other variants, vaccinated people infected with Delta can transmit the virus. This finding is concerning and was a pivotal discovery leading to CDC’s updated mask recommendation.”
So vaccines don’t really work, but Dershowitz insists that you need one to get on a plane with him!
He has concluded, this lawyer, that Covid is as serious as smallpox! One of history’s deadliest diseases, smallpox is estimated to have killed more than 300 million people. For infants below the age of one year, smallpox was responsible for between 15 and 30 percent of all deaths. Infants were at a high risk of succumbing to the virus. Covid has killed 4 million people, thankfully, few are children, in a world of 8 billion and the virus is no longer as virulent as it was at first.
Corona virus has a 0.3% case-fatality rate. Smallpox has a case-fatality rate of about 30%. Yup, they’re the same!
Now, the smallpox vaccine, introduced by Edward Jenner in 1796, was the first successful vaccine to be developed. It’s been around a while and tested on tens of millions, if not billions.
Smallpox appeared at a time when modern medicine was in its infancy. Today, we have remarkable care and there are therapeutics for Covid including Ivermectin.

Dershowitz was speaking with Laura Ingraham. She asked if it is okay to “deprive people of their constitutional rights on the basis of a vaccine that still allows the spread of a virus.”
Dershowitz replied: “There is no constitutional right to get on an airplane and to spread the disease to me even if it’s not gonna be fatal.” How many people get on a plane with a serious transmissible disease? He only cares about Covid? If he cared about his health he would wear a mask on every plane. So be it for the champions of freedom. For me but not for thee!
Does he care about the problems affiliated with the Vaccine? According to the EudraVigilance database (July 17, 2021) there were 18,928 deaths and 1,823,219 injuries reported following injections of four experimental COVID-19 shots. In the US the number of registered vaccine related deaths is of the order of 12,000 (July 9, 2021) with 400,000 adverse events according to VAERS. From the total of injuries recorded in the EU, “half of them (904,609) are serious injuries“. According to EuroViligance (quoted by by Brian Shilhavy):
“Seriousness … can be classified as ‘serious’ if it corresponds to a medical occurrence that results in death, is life-threatening, requires inpatient hospitalisation, results in another medically important condition, or prolongation of existing hospitalisation, results in persistent or significant disability or incapacity, or is a congenital anomaly/birth defect.”
Why are these numbers not shared on the CNN scroll?
The U.K. has reported that between 40% and 60% of Covid patients in hospital have been vaccinated. Israel is the most vaccinated country, and they report that the Pfizer vaccine is below 40% effective against the new variants.
But, you must get that shot and the booster, too; or else!
Why does the great Libertarian Dershowitz not care about the rights of those who DO NOT want to be vaccinated? Now we learn many will need a third shot. Will they need a fourth one? Dershowitz is worried about the long term effects of Covid. How about the long term effects of the vaccine? Oh wait. The vaccine has only been around a year! Thomas Renz, an attorney based in Ohio has started a lawsuit against the federal government for covering up the true number of deaths from the Covid-19 vaccines. He is working with America’s Front Line Doctors who call for medical freedom for Americans.
But let’s move on. As a Jew, and a proud Zionist, I am appalled by Israel’s call for a Covid Passport which means mandatory vaccination if you want to live have a life outside your home. Israel, the only democracy in a sea of dictatorships is acting like an autocracy. Israel, whose population includes Holocaust survivors and their descendants is demanding that her people inject an experimental medicine they may not want to take. This after Jews were used for experiments by Mengele. “Among other atrocities, Mengele used injections to attempt to change the eye color of his “patients” to blue to render them more Aryan. When these experiments went sideways, the fiendish M.D. demonstrated a penchant for “tidying up.” One person testified to having witnessed the diabolical doctor kill fourteen sets of twins in one night with chloroform injections to the heart in order to make comparative post-mortem observations.”
The Jewish people gave the world freedom, and yet the Israeli government is taking it away. Why?
Of all the countries in the world, Israel should be following the demands of the Nuremberg Code listed here. Israel should be the Light Unto the Nations when it comes to any forced medical procedures.
“All COVID vaccines emergency authorized by the FDA have not yet been approved and are experimental, as they have undergone no long-term safety trials. Safety data are being partially collected in real time as adverse events are reported to VAERS. The tenets of the Nuremberg Code apply here as these vaccines are — by definition — a medical experiment being administered worldwide.”
Take heart, it’s not over until the Fat Lady sings, and right now she is being pre-empted all over the world. Greece, Belgium, Australia, the U.K., Romania, France, Germany, Israel and now the United States are standing up in defiance to the attacks on basic human freedoms; our inalienable rights.
