MY SAY: ARMS AND THE WOMEN

I visited my home and friends in Newtown, Connecticut last weekend-a town grappling for a return to normalcy after the unspeakable tragedy. It appears that this coming weekend teams of “grief counselors” are on their way to help victims’ friends and families.

I mentioned this to several women who are residents and teachers in the town. Their reaction was so interesting. To the person they all rejected the so called counseling, and unanimously voiced a preference for shooting lessons instead of psychobabble.

One of them just sent me this reminder:

“Know guns, know peace, know safety.
No guns, no peace, no safety.
