—-Goldstone Missed a Golden Opportunity By Nurit Greenger
During December 27, 2008 the Israeli military IDF launched its Operation Cast Lead with the intent to attempt to curtail or bring to an end the ongoing rockets and mortars being launched, almost daily, from Gaza at Israeli towns across the Gaza border.
Justice Richard Goldstone, known to be a Jew, was assigned by the UN to head a United Nations Fact Finding Mission on the Gaza Conflict that was required to investigate the IDF conduct during the operation following allegations of human rights violation by the IDF.
On 29 September 2009 Goldstone presented the report of the Mission to the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva urging the Council and the international community, as a whole, to put an end to Israel’s violations, with impunity, of international law in Israel and the “Occupied” Palestinian Territory.
Goldstone had a gold[stone] opportunity to reveal to the entire world the true face of Terrorist Hamas. More so, bring to light how proper, according to all warfare laws, the IDF operated and conducted its surgical military operation, under the most difficult predicaments and conditions on the ground.
Instead, he went out of his way and all the way to dehumanize and demonize Israel and its military forces and give the terrorist Hamas behavioral accolades.
Richard Goldstone is what we call an unJew. The kind of a Jew who paints himself to appear a Jew but, in reality, he is the worst enemy of the Jewish Nation and the State of Israel.
Was it s golden opportunity tossed away, or is it that the world refuses to hear the truth, especially when it comes to Israel?!
