NOVAK STRONGLY URGES COURTNEY TO SIGN LETTER IN SUPPORT OF ISRAEL’S RIGHT OF SELF-DEFENSE

Madison, CT — Daria Novak strongly urges Rep. Joe Courtney to join the majority of Congress in support of Israel’s right of self-defense. “Why hasn’t Courtney joined over 300 other Members of Congress who have signed off on the letter supporting the blockade and defense of Israel’s enforcement of it against a Turkish vessel?” Novak asked.

“We must stand strong with Israel, our ally, in its response to rocket attacks by Hamas terrorists in Gaza. Its naval blockade, allowed under international law, will enhance the country’s national security while permitting humanitarian aid into Gaza. Israel is a democratic state that has a right to defend itself. The United States should support her.”
